For anyone who is a regular gym-goer, I bet you are tired of hearing Instagram influencers talking about how "50 crushes a day can keep your stomach fat away."
I would do just about anything to feel like I might get crushed by a heavy squat or my arm might rip out of the socket from a deadlift PR. What. A. Trip. It may be a little dramatic, but the wimpy at home workouts just aren't cutting it for me anymore.
