Fall Twists on Classic Drinks

During times like these, everyone is searching for new recipes. I am bringing back one of my favorite pieces for all you ladies out there looking to get your drink on at home!

"I've always wanted to drink learn French and drink wine before noon."
A week or two ago I was out with friends when I was asked "What can I get you to drink?" My usual answer is a Cosmopolitan— but I was feeling adventurous. Faced with a drink menu full of cocktails I had never heard of, I decided it was time to do more research. As fall is fast approaching many of the drinks I stumbled upon had an Autumn twist. Here are a few recipes I found that every fall lover will want to try:

Honey Pear Margarita
Ingredients
4 cups of pear juice
2 shots of tequila
1 shot of triple sec
2 tbsp of honey
1 rosemary sprig
A dash of cinnamon
Directions
Place ingredients into a container or jug and stir.
Put in the refrigerator for at least one hour, allowing the flavors to absorb.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Long Island Apple Iced Tea
Ingredients
1 oz of triple sec
1 oz of light rum
1 oz of gin
1 oz of apple vodka
4 oz of apple cider
2 oz of lemon-lime soda
Directions
Add triple sec, white rum, gin, vodka, and apple cider to a shaker.
Shake for 20-30 seconds.
Top each with 1 oz lemon lime soda.
Pour into glasses and garnish with apple slices.
Apple Cranberry Moscow Mule
Ingredients
4 oz of vodka
¼ cup of cranberry juice
½ cup of sparkling apple juice
2 ginger beers
Fresh cranberries
Directions
Fill two glasses with ice.
Add the Vodka and cranberry juice.
Add the sparkling apple juice and then fill the rest of the way with the ginger beer.
Stir gently to combine and serve immediately.
Apple Cider Mimosa
Ingredients
1/2 cup Apple Cider
1/4 cup Champagne
Apple slices for garnish (optional)
Gold and Silver Sprinkles (optional)
Directions
Dip the top of each champagne glass into cider and then dip in the sprinkles to coat.
Pour each champagne glass 1/2-3/4 full with apple cider.
Top with champagne
Pumpkin Keg
Ingredients
Pumpkin
Beer of your choice
Directions
Scoop Pumpkin seeds and goop out of pumpkin.
Cut a hole into pumpkin for the spigot.
Install spigot.
